Any MP who is found guilty of a criminal act should lose their job immediately
Recently an MP was convicted of perverting the course of justice. She was sentenced to 3 months in prison but due to the length of the sentence, is able to keep her job and pay. In any other job jail time would mean instant dismissal, being an MP should not be any different to any other professions.
