Make any payment to EU contingent upon independently audited accounts
Any payment to EU as part of a deal or after no-deal to be made contingent upon provision of fully audited accounts for the years related to any payments. Such audited accounts must be signed off by one or more reputable independent auditors. Without such accounts, no payments to be made to EU.

We're not sure exactly what action you'd like the Government to take. The European Court of Auditors audits the revenue and expenditure of the EU budget every year.
