Stop those who have served a prison term from being, or continuing to be, an MP.
In order that the people of the United Kingdom be represented by those of good standing, those having served a prison sentence of any length will not be allowed to stand for election as a Member of Parliament. MPs already in place to be removed immediately and a Bye Election held.
Recent events in which a Member of Parliament was found guilty of perjury among other offences and yet continues to serve as an MP.
No Member of Parliament is able to serve their constituents whilst in prison as they do not have access to mobile phones and private correspondence of constituents may be read.
No special allowances should be made to any prisoner, because of their status, to allow for this.
For this reason they should immediately be removed as an MP and a Bye Election held.
