How the EU £39bn settlement is broken down in a detailed statement.
The Government has arranged a settlement figure of £39bn while we have obligations that need to be fulfilled, there is no specific breakdown on how this figure has been achieved nor if the UK people are happy to pay this figure. The UK Government has a duty to disclose the detail.
