Free parking for residents who park outside their own house.
My mum has been locked out of our own car park by a neighbour in which he has given a key to all the other neighbours but us. We have to pay everyday to park outside our own house in which we used to be able to do without paying around the back in our car park. This led to a big shortage of money.
A lock has been put onto the gate with drawing our ability to access our car park.
