Lower the voting age to 16 in England and Wales.
In Scotland, 16- and 17-year-olds have now been given the right to vote in local and Scottish parliamentary elections. In England, the minimum voting age is 18.
Is this fair? Many believe the voting age should be lowered to 16, though others think it is far too young for such a responsibility.
