Strike Ballots: A Majority Of All Members.
Under present Trade Union legislation, Strike Action may be taken when less than half of the actual Union membership vote in support of it.
Legislation should be introduced to prohibit any Strike Action that is not supported by an absolute majority of the relevant Union's membership.
