Cyclists to take a road safety test and be registered to use the road
Cyclists to take a safety and road awareness course and have to be registered with a number on their backs the same as car drivers Many cyclists don’t know basic road safety rules and cut up drivers and don’t give way etc etc. It’s all due to lack of awareness, it’s so dangerous.
