Review universal credit
today I have penalised for being a working single mother I get paid 4 weekly from my employer and the way my assessment period has fallen they are saying iv been paid twice in one month and deducted a substantial amount from my money unable to pay any bills or rent
Iv researched case similar to my own, 4 single mothers took there case to the high court and won there battle for apparently being payed twice in one month the article says “Ms Gregory called for Ms Rudd to take "immediate steps to ensure that no other claimants are adversely affected" and "ensure all those who have suffered because of this unlawful conduct are swiftly and fairly compensated".Why is this still happening ?

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you would like changes to universal credit, but are not sure what changes you would like.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
