Print car registration or home address on take away/delivered food packaging.
I'm fed up of lazy people buying take aways, going somewhere nice to park up and eat it, then just dumping the waste, instead of putting it in a bin. At least if the packaging is marked it is traceable, local councils can then issue fines to those responsible.

We can't accept your petition because it's about something the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for.
This would be the responsibility of take away food companies.
You could start a new petition calling for a change in the law to require companies providing take away or delivered food to print customers' personal details on the packaging if that is something you would like to see happen.
