Repeal legislation allowing access to patients' notes without their consent
NHSE & CQC have recently had acts passed or amended in order to gain access to patients private records, without patient consent being sought. I believe this is in contravention to parts of the Human Rights Act. I’m a GP, and I’m fighting for my patients’ rights to privacy and confidentiality.
