Apply Congestion/Pollution Charges to Blackcab-users
London Mayor Mr.Sadik Khan is making private hire or Minicab drivers pay Congestion Charge & ULEZ charge . But black cabs are exampt . Black cabs emit more CO2 then private Hire vehicle .
