Ban the building of any new road or developments of over 10 houses on green belt
No green belt land shall be used for any new roads or housing developments of over 10 houses that will be within 0.5 miles of any existing residential properties unless over 75% of people vote in favour who live within three miles as the crow flies of the proposed road/houses. 75% of votes cast.
