Against distribution of KJV Bibles in schools
This petition expresses opposition to the proposal by the Secretary of State to distribute King James Version Bibles to schools on the grounds that it is contrary to the intentions of those who produced the KJV 400 years ago which was to make provide an English Bible which could be understood by ordinary people.
