Proceeds from sale or transfer of MP 2nd home are to be paid into the Treasury.
MP's for years have benefitted from claiming for 2nd property allowing them to become extremely wealthy. The funds used to make the purchase were public funds. Therefore the proceeds should be public monies.
The point at which the proceeds become public funds is upon sale or transfer.
