Make a party's manifesto commitments legally binding on entering government.
To often we have had manifesto promises that were made purely to get into power and then ignored or alter beyond recognition, so much so as to be lies in some instances. Aspirations are not commitments so lets have this area of the election process cleaned up.
Throughout the years parties have not always honoured their commitments or have use parliamentary procedures or supposed infighting to avoid them. Just look at the promises made by both major parties at the last election with BREXIT being a prime example.
