Raise the apprentice minimum wage to normal minimum wage - equal job, equal pay?
I believe that £3.70 an hour is an unfair wage packet for someone who has the same responsibilities as a regular employee, but with an apprenticeship title.
If anything, an apprenticeship has more responsibilities than a regular employee!
