Lower drinking age to 16 in pubs

Additional Information

By lowering the drinking age to 16 it will stop underage drinking on the streets and instead allow them to drink in an environment surrounded by people of a more mature behaviour. It will also help to control the amount they drink as the staff will be able to prevent them from purchasing too much once they feel that person has had enough.
