Petition Action

Prosecute Social Workers for Obduction when wrongfully removing a child.

Petition Details

When social workers remove child from their families in error it causes the family and child alot of unnecessary trauma, so social workers should be prosecuted for child obduction when wrongfully removing a child from their family.

Additional Information

Social workers get involved in families based on hearsay rumours which isn't evidence and is sometimes a malicious person, trying to inflict problems using the social services as persecutors.

Social workers should investigate thoroughly before violating article 8 of the human rights act 1998. Both child obduction and violation of article 8 should be enforced to encourage social workers to investigate thoroughly before causing emotional distress to the families by intruding into their lives.
