Refuse Shamima Begum permission to return to the UK after leaving to join ISIS.
Shamima Begum left east London in 2015 to join the Islamic State group in Syria.
She has recently signalled her intent to return to the UK, whilst maintaining that she has no regrets about her decision to leave and join ISIS.
