The open dogs in the parks should be banned
The open dogs in the parks and public places should be banned.Most of the people especially kids are scared while we are in a park with kids,further they attack on humans
Recent incident in newspaper.a child was attacked and died by dog

In any case, the rules around access to parks for dogs would be the responsibility of your local council or the park owner and not the UK Government or Parliament.
