Mp's who leave their party should have their seat contested via by-election.
I believe that mp's who quit their party, or change sides or similar should have their seat re-contested in a by-election.
By doing this, the rightful view of the people in that constituency will remain in that seat, after all most people vote for a party not the personal views of the individual.
