Stricter policing for cyclists who use the pavement for foot passengers safety.
The amount of people who are using footpaths for cycling is becoming a greater issue, and poses danger to foot passengers. Road awareness on a bicycle should be taught in school along with basic safety fundamentals. This is for the safety of the foot passengers and the cyclist.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because this would be an operational decision for the police and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition calling for tougher penalties for cycling on the pavement if that is something you would like to see happen.
