Breath Test Politicians for Alcohol before entering Parliament
Important decisions governing our country can not be made under the influence of alcohol
Several politicians have recently appeared to be slurring words or babbling rubbish during speeches or interviews given. I think we the public have a right to know our country is being governed by sober people.

In particular we are not sure what you mean by "entering Parliament".
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like to happen. For example, you could ask the House of Commons to create a rule banning MPs from taking part in parliamentary business if they are under the influence of alcohol.
