Revoke csa if the mother is removing the child from the father aggainst his will
A lot of fathers have never met their son/daughter yet are having to pay for the mother to look after them, most of them fathers are not even a named parent on the birth certificate yet still have to fund for the mother who stopping the father seeing them without good cause
