Restrict National Lottery ticket Sales to Betting shops only

Let us be clear. The National Lottery is GAMBLING no matter which way you dress it up.
If one wishes to gamble on any other sport or Event they need to go to the betting shop. So why should the National Lottery be, any different?

Additional Information

Gambling can be just as strong and unhealthy addiction as Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco and there have been plenty of measures taken against the promoting of Smoking and Drinking.
The Government and Camelot both know however that if ticket sales were restricted to the bookmakers, then far less people would participate, as this would involve admitting to themselves that they are Gambling.This is why they're sold in shops in the first place.
The question is; What's more important? People or Profit?
