If an MP resigns from the Party elected under, a by-election is triggered
It is not equitable that an MP whostands for election under a party manifesto, who then resigns from that Party is allowed to continue as an MP. If they change their position such that their original Party no longer fits with their beliefs, their new mainfesto must be put to a constituents vote.
