Mandatory by-election when an MP resigns from their party.
As we have seen over the last few days, 11 MPs have formed a new group in Parliament. All of whom have gone against the manifestos they were elected under. These MPs have left their constituents disenfranchised, while at the same time calling for a people’s vote.
