Trigger a by-election should a sitting MP leave the party they represented
Given all MPs are scrutinised equally, if not more so by their party's policies than as an individual, it is important that when a sitting MPs political philosophy deviates so much as for them to leave the party, their constituency is given the option to endorse or reject their new party status.
