Restrict Tax on overtime including any hours worked over basic hours.
I understand Tax is needed for benifiting the country as a whole, although everyone working is required to pay tax on there wage, therefore being equal, but if you choose to work over the basic hours to increase your earnings you should be restricted on tax on the extra income or tax free
Working overtime to increase your wage to in theory better yourself should be reduced amount of tax, or tax free, you have already contributed your tax on your basic income which everyone does on earnings, why should people working overtime be penilised for working extra hours, and still being taxed, you already loose out on social hours for yourself and you have already contributed your tax on your basic income.
