Fund the cost of replacing churchill way flyovers in Liverpool city centre.
Built in 1960's-1970's The flyover have been a vital part of moving around the city. Now they are closed the surrounding roads can't copy with the volume of traffic.
The government should step in and help the city council instead of trying to come up with ways to make existing road cope with the traffic. Spending money on changing all the local junctions is going to cost just as much as replacing the structures.
