Reduce the legal driving age to 17 to give the younger generation responsibility
The legal driving age should be reduced to 17 as it makes it easier for sensible students to make way to college and work also giving them responsibility as they can manage their time and spending.
If the driving age becomes 17 it can help many people as less money is spent om the likes of taxis and more time can be spent on focusing on studies for these 17 year olds.
