Recognise Tony Foulds for tending the US war memorial with an honour.
Tony Foulds has dedicated his life to honouring the memory of 10 US airmen who died when their aircraft came down in front of him.
He should be given an honour such as an OBE or MBE for his selfless public service on the Queens birthday honours
