Force a vote in the commons on the huge increase in probate fees.
The government proposes to dramatically increase probate fees by means of a Statutory Instrument. By describing the increases as fees they do not have to be included in the Finance Bill, debated and voted on. Vince Cable has described this as a tax increase by stealth. Lets support him and other MPs
