pip assessment tobe rewritten to include clear mental health descriptors scores
as it stands at the moment mental health is recognised by pip however the descripters remain out dated and reflect non mental health issues descriptors need ammending and scores given for mental health issues
awards being overturned at tribunal stage months of waiting for tribunal can be eased by correct initial assessment
