Second referendum options to be leave with deal or leave with no deal
Referendums are a simple two choice arrangement. The first referendum has taken place and the result was to leave the EU. If there were a second referendum, government needs to respect the result of the first referendum. Options should be to either leave with a deal, or leave without a deal.
The Referendum Act 1975 only allows support for a yes or a no basis. There is no 3rd option.
If a second referendum happens, the option needs to be leave with a deal or leave without a deal.
