Get cats protected under the road traffic act 1988
I am 16 and have recently had to take a cat to the emergency vet after being hit by a car and killed on impact. I find it unfair that a dog which is a house pet as well as a cat are covered by it and not cats. Almost a quarter of a million cats are killed on the road each year.
Please help me protect them
