Make it compulsory for all vehicles to be fitted with a dash cam
Too many people are killed or seriously injured on UK roads. Around 95% of incidents are caused by human error; what a driver does or fails to do. Cameras would make drivers more responsible for their actions and save a lot of time investigating incidents. Dashcam evidence could be conclusive
