Please can the Prime Minister cast his eye over the silliness going on as British Waterways creates havoc during the transition to a charity. BW has not even registered the charity yet. Nor satisfied the requirements needed to get charity status.
Can he also stop the madness that says we need 35 committee members, no decisions will ever be made, and can he ensure that each license payer is entitled to a vote?
