Make investigating noise nuisances a police responsibility
At this time there is nobody who can Witness what is going on, people on the receiving end have to go through weeks of keeping a Diary while Suffering with Lack of Sleep.
The Police should have some control, investigate the issues and stop it.
Needs Common Sense put into dealing with it.
How can our Legal system allow Drums to be played and the Bass and Music turned up at 2am in the morning.
Others we have spoken to say they just turn theirs up higher and higher which does not solve anything.
People are supposed to have Hours of Quietness, this goes out the window in these cases.
