Investigate the competency of Secretary of State for Transport, Chris Grayling
The decisions made whilst in the position can have serious implications for the quality of life for many people, it can cost the tax payer dearly if wrong decisions are made. The selection criteria for this role should be public and the persons properly qualified and competent for it.
There seems to be a lack of accountability for people in the position and the publics best interest is not at the core of the decisions being made.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
Secretaries of State are already subject to scrutiny through parliamentary questions, select committee hearings and debates.
You could start a new petition asking for the way Ministers are appointed to be changed if that's something you would like to see happen.
