Allow UK citizens, in trouble overseas to return to the UK for investigation.
All UK citizens who are in trouble overseas, whether perpetrators or victims, and who have lived in the UK, should be allowed to return to the UK. We should accept responsibility for such persons and not wash our hands of them.
This has come to a head with regard to UK citizens who chose to join those who were fighting in Syria. They are still our responsibility and we should not try to pass this to any other country. By having any such persons back in the UK we have a better chance of finding out what has happened and will be able to prosecute or help them accordingly.
