Debate the effects of the Lisbon Treaty on the UK leave or Remain
As the Lisbon Treaty was adopted by the UK without debate in Parliament and brought in by the back door we need to debate what effects the Lisbon treaty will have on the UKs Sovereign status and Parliaments ability to function with any meaning.
This position was so very well put by Sir Bill Cash to Parliament and poorly answered by the Prime Minister who has never and will never be a leave promoter.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you mean by "Debate the effects of the Lisbon Treaty on the UK leave or Remain". You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
