Give Bus Drivers grandfather rights of C2 / 7.5tonne licence.
As a bus driver we are required to carry precious cargo (Passengers, young and old) however unable to drive a vehicle carrying boxes

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're concerned about bus drivers being able to drive 7.5 tonne lorries, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
The current C1 licensing requirements vary, depending on when someone got their licence to drive a car and whether they want to drive a 7.5 tonne lorry professionally or only for their own use.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
