I would like the homeless to be given ID cards to prove they are homeless.

Petition Details

I would like the homeless to be given identification cards by the council to prove they are homeless. On many occasions i have given money to people whom I thought was homeless, turned out to be con artists. This will be beneficial for the homeless and public.

Additional Information

All over the internet there are many videos of which people are claiming to be homeless, conning people out of money and other goods. It will be beneficial for the homeless as they can get the help they need and the public will be helping genuine people in need.
