Stop Greedy Land Promoters and listen to local councils and communities.
Gladman Land and other Lane Promoters only seek to find weaknesses in the NPPF trying to claim that sustainable development is more important than environmental or community concerns. Planning refusal should be that - refusal and stop wasting valuable money and time
Please google LandZpromotersZbriefingZ2018 (1).pdf from Campaign to Protect Rural England. Land promoters’ activities lead to unnecessary work and expense for already hard-pressed local
planning authorities, as well as anxiety and uncertainty for people who live in the communities affected.
