Give Radio Caroline and others a licence to broadcast full time.

Additional Information

As there are plans for national radio stations to abandon medium wave broadcasts, the government should permit a limited number of offshore radio stations to broadcast on the vacated frequencies. This would give some real choice in listening, an alternative to the identical, bland radio that commercial stations provide at the moment.A return to those happy days of the 1960's.
