Change the law to protect deceased from defamation.

Petition Details

At present there are no laws in place to protect individuals who have passed away. This gives any person the freedom to be able to make false claims or allegations without being challenged or penalised. Action needs to be taken to protect deceased families and their estate from being at risk.
