Full time time pay for support staff

Additional Information

School support staff do a vital job in schools, yet only get paid for around 44.5 weeks of the year.
This is unfair as we are unable to get work for the remaining 7.5weeks of the year, who would employ us for just 7.5 weeks especially as the weeks we do not work are not consecutive?.
Teachers work the same amount of time that we do but get paid all year round.
We should get paid the same way teachers do full time pay for a full time job.
