Make Trespass a criminal offence
With the rise of anti hunting organisations, there has been an ever increasing threat towards hunt members, supporters and land owners for going about their lawful business.
I propose that all trespassing be made a criminal offence.
Masked gangs make their way across private land threatening and abusing anyone who is connected with legal hunting along with other country activities. They are then filmed and humiliated all across the internet for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Yet time and time again, these masked gangs are allowed to get away with it. This wouldn’t be allowed in a city so why should it be okay in the countryside.
I propose that all trespassing be made a criminal offence.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take. There is already a criminal offence of aggravated trespass, which can be used where people trespass to intimidate, obstruct or disrupt a legal activity. So we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
